Dell Inc. will charge customers up to $50 for factory-installed Windows XP on some PCs after Wednesday, according to the company’s Web site.

Dell agreed to Microsoft’s plan of allowing Windows XP sales after June 30, but at a $20 to $50 surcharge over installing Vista. ComputerWorld says that customers who buy the Vostro PC’s will pay this fee in order to downgrade from Vista.

It’s difficult to get a group photo without most of the participants looking as if their captors were forcing them to look natural for the security cameras. In my family, we have two tricks for getting good group shots.
