IN the latest round of SCO vs. IBM, the judge in the case has ordered SCO to ‘Put Up or Shut Up’. He told SCO to produce evidence that IBM has done something wrong within 30 days. We’ll see if this actually makes things move forward.

Techdirt has an interesting article about “a man who was pulled over for having an expired registration”:http://techdirt.com/articles/20031205/0756229.shtml. His car was going to be towed due to the lack of registration but he was able to register online and save himself an expensive tow!
